Folk remedies using garlic abound and none is more popular than a well-fermented garlic in raw honey. Our Honey Fermented Garlic combines the natural goodness of chemical and spray-free garlic with some of Tasmania’s loveliest raw honey.

Both the liquid and the crunchy garlic cloves are great as part of a marinade for pork, in a salad dressing, or other contribution to cooking. The crunchy garlic can also complement a cheese platter, and the honey liquid makes a warming and revivifying drink.

Our products are artisan-produced on our farm at Koonya on the Tasman Peninsula.
