Ingredients:
4-6 pieces chicken thigh meat
1 tablespoon crushed Italian white porcelaine garlic*
4-5 fresh sage leaves, torn
zest of one medium lemon, finely shredded
half a glass of dry white wine
Olive oil
Method:
Mix garlic, sage, lemon zest and wine in a bowl and marinate chicken for approx. 40 mins.
Heat heavy-based pan, heat oil, and sear chicken on both sides.
Reduce heat and cook for approx. 3 mins (until tender) basting with marinade. Cook with cover for extra moisture.
Serving suggestions:
Delicious with roast potatoes, risotto, or pasta with parsley and olives.
