DUKKAH

Popular in the Mediterranean and Middle East, dukkah originated in ancient Egypt, as it was situated at the crossroads of a prominent spice route.

Traditionally enjoyed on bread dipped in olive oil, dukkah is a taste-charming appetiser, a complementary addition to a mezze plate, wonderful sprinkled on salads or cooked vegetables, and makes a taste-tempting coating for fine foods.

Based on traditional recipes blending hazel nuts, cashews, almonds, aromatic seeds and exotic spices, we have developed two distinctively flavoured dukkahs, one enhanced with our Black Garlic and the other with Smoked.
