Hazelnuts, cashews, almonds, white and black sesame and other aromatic seeds and exotic spices from the Mediterranean and Middle East are toasted and combined with our Tasmanian Black Garlic create an flavourful mix that complements mezze items such as dolmades, hummus, olives and cheese. Dip a small piece of bread in olive oil then in the Dukkah as a taste-charming appetiser, or use it as a crunchy coating for fish or schnitzel, sprinkled on scrambled eggs, or tossed in a salad.

Our Black Garlic is artisan-produced from spray and chemical-free Tasmanian garlic at our farm at Koonya on the Tasman Peninsula.
