Smoked Garlic Dukkah

Hazelnuts, cashews, almonds, sesame and other seeds and aromatic spices from the Mediterranean and Middle East, and of course our Dried Smoked Garlic are toasted and combined to create a wonderfully flavourful mix. Dip a small piece of bread in olive oil then in the Dukkah as a taste-charming appetiser, or use it as a crunchy coating for fish or schnitzel, sprinkled on scrambled eggs, or tossed in a salad.

Our Dried Smoked Garlic is artisan produced from spray and chemical-free Tasmanian garlic at our farm on the Tasman Peninsula.
