Garlic Honey Roasted Cashews

Our recipe for roasting cashews with garlic-infused honey is simply scrumptious. We toss the cashews with our Dried Garlic, Tasmanian Raw Honey that we have already infused with fresh garlic, virgin olive oil, and selected spices. Oven-roasted and packed in strong resealable paper bags, the cashews have a shelf-life of four months … if you can resist them for that long!

Our Dried Garlic is artisan-produced from chemical and spray free Tasmanian Garlic at our farm on the Tasman Peninsula.
